Stacks Finance was established in January 1999 and is a diversified financial services company.  We provide a range of services including:

  • Funds management;
  • Commercial and consumer lending;
  • Insurance (through our partner Roger Edwards Insurance Agencies); and
  • Strata Management (through our partner Alliance Strata Group).

Stacks Managed Investment Limited (SMI) is the Responsible Entity for The Mortgage Fund ARSN 088 928 081 which commenced trading in November 1999.  The Mortgage Fund operates as a pooled mortgage trust with approximately $160 million in funds under management and over 1200 investors.

Stacks Finance is a specialist mortgage manager with over 45 years’ experience in the mortgage market.  We believe that our success is based on the trust that our 1200 investors place on our capacity to obtain, verify, approve and manage mortgages on their behalf.

Stacks Finance is licensed to operate all types of mortgage schemes and is one of the few companies which are not limited to a specific mortgage scheme. Over the years Stacks Finance has been invited by the Members of other mortgage trusts to assist in the recovery of their investment.

Stacks Finance operates throughout Australia, with a particular focus on the Eastern Seaboard.  We service metropolitan and regional New South Wales from our offices in Sydney, Taree and Tweed Heads.
