Pacific First Mortgage Fund

A meeting has been called by a group of Unit Holders (the “Convening Unit Holders”) for the purpose of removing Trilogy Funds Management Limited ABN 59 080 383 679 as responsible entity of the Pacific First Mortgage Fund ARSN 088 139 477 (Fund) and appointing Stacks Managed Investments Limited ABN 81 085 843 125 (Stacks) as the responsible entity of the Fund.
